Copies of Fidelity Tax Forms
You may access forms for yourself or your clients directly if you are a registered site user, and if Fidelity performs tax reporting on the funds held by you or your clients.
Shareholders: Log in as an Individual Investor. From the shareholder home page, click on the "Your Accounts" tab and select "Tax Information."
Financial Advisors: Search for your clients' accounts, then use the Account Actions drop-down menu to view tax forms.
